Pilot Corporation was founded in 1918 by Ryosuke Namiki and Masao Wada. From then till now, Pilot Corporation has expanded their business network by setting up subsidiaries company in Australia, Brazil, China, France, Hong Kong, Netherland, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Singapore,  Sweden, South Africa, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and United States of America. They even set up the production plants in Brazil, Europe, Indonesia, Russia, and United States of America. Further, Pilot Corporation has also extended their product line started from writing instruments to stationery. With the purpose of ensuring customer’s satisfaction towards the writing instrument and having better writing, Pilot Corporation has constantly come up with new innovation.

Pilot Corporation is also concerned about the environment and has come out with a brand known as BEGREEN. Products under BEGREEN are made using recycled materials where most of them are refillable and reusable. This is to help reduce wastage and protect the environment.

Pilot Pen Malaysia (PPM) was established in 1984 in Malaysia. With the spirit from its parent company, Pilot Pen Malaysia has always delivered quality service to its customers. PPM has expanded the distribution line to include both wholesalers to retailers, allowing consumers to easily purchase Pilot products in the market. Until today, Pilot Pen Malaysia is continuously delivering the best quality of writing instruments and services to meet consumer needs and expectations.
